Schon bei meinen Vorbereitungen für unseren Ostseeurlaub in der Nähe von Rostock bin ich über den Karls Erlebnis Dorf gestolpert. Klar da müssen wir hin!

Karls Erlebnis Dorf

Selbst, wenn ich vorher nicht schon darüber gelesen hätte, vor Ort hätten das Erlebnis Dorf kaum übersehen können. Eine riesen Autoschlange auf dem Weg zu Karls Erlebnis Dorf als wir das erste mal daran vorbeikamen. Das Erlebnis Dorf ist eine der Attraktionen für Familien an der Ostseeküste. Wir selbst waren vormittags da und hatten keine Parkplatzprobleme.

Tipp: Wer ein paar Regeln beachtet, darf auch seinen Hund gerne in Karls Erlebnis Dorf mitnehmen.

Wer den Geruch nach Erdbeeren nicht mag ist hier fehl am Platz. Gleich nach dem Eingang zum Hofladen werden zig Gläser mit Erdbeermarmelade abgefüllt und alles was nur entfernt mit Erdbeeren zu tun hat wird man hier irgendwie finden. Der Hofladen selbst, ist ein kleines Einkaufsparadies, regionale Spezialitäten, Kleidung, Spielsachen und jede Menge Deko für die Mamas. Wer wie ich auf Mitbringsel aus dem Urlaub steht ist hier im Einkaufshimmel.
Der Hof selbst kostet zwar keinen Eintritt, Geld kann man hier auch außerhalb des Hofladens trotzdem loswerden.

Tipp: Für Familien mit Kindern ab ca 3-4 Jahren lohnt sich sicher die Tageskarte.

Mit unserer Kleinen haben wir uns keine Tageskarte geholt hätte sich auch nicht wirklich gelohnt. Das Aquarium, Ponyreiten und Traktorfahren ist aber auch schon was für die ganz Kleinen. Wer kein Geld ausgeben möchte kann hier trotzdem eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Der Spielplatz, der Streichelzoo, die Bauernhoftiere, riesige Hüpfkissen, Megaseifenblasen, die Heuscheune oder die Kartoffelsackrutsche bieten jede Menge Spaß für lau. Auch wenn es mal regnet kann man im Bauernmarkt beim Bonbon oder Seifen machen zusehen. Auch für alle Familien, die in der Nähe wohnen der perfekte Ort für Ausflüge ohne, dass es den Kleinen schnell langweilig wird.

Hunger!

Klar, irgendwann kommt der Hunger. Natürlich findet man hier auch genügend zu essen. Überraschenderweise preiswert und auch noch sehr lecker. Ich hatte einen Bienenstich. So gross, dass selbst ich als bekennende Naschkatze mein Stück nicht geschafft habe. Meneer hat sich am warmen Buffet bedient und pro 100g bezahlt.

Tipp: Als wir die Kurtaxe bezahlt haben, gab es ein Heftchen mit Vergünstigungen dazu. Bei Karls Erlebnis Dorf gibt’ so einen Kaffee umsonst.

Tipp: Karls Erlebnis Dorf gibt es nicht nur in Rövershagen, sondern auch auf Rügen oder Usedom

Für Familien mit (Klein)Kindern, die an der Ostsee Urlaub machen gehört ein Besuch hier auf jeden Fall dazu.

During my preparations for our vacation at the Baltic sea near Rostock I stumbled over the Karls adventure village. A place we had to visit!

Karls Adventure Village

Even if I had not previously read about it, the holiday park could hardly be overlooked. A huge line of cars on the road to Karls Adventure Village as we passed it the first time it. The holiday park is one of the attractions for families on the Baltic coast. We ourselves were there in the morning and had no problems with parking.

Tip: Who has a few rules in mind, can take their dog to Karl’s Adventure Village.

Who does not like the smell of strawberries is misplaced here. Immediately after the entrance to the farm tons of glasses are filled with strawberry jam and everything what you can imagine with strawberries you can found here somehow. The farm shop itself is a small shopping paradies. Regional specialties, clothes, toys and a lot of decoration for moms. Those who are like me who loves to bring souvenirs from vacation is here on the right spot.
While the adventure village itself is free however, you can spend some money anyway.

Tip: For families with children aged 3-4 years, is certainly worth a day pass.

With our little one, we did not take a day pass would not be worth it. But the Aquarium, pony riding and tractor rides are also something for the very young ones. Who does not want to spend any money here can still have a good time here. The playground, the petting zoo, the farm animals, giant jumping pillows, Mega soap bubbles, the hay barn or the potato sack slide offer lots of fun for free. Even if it rains you can watch how they make candy or soaps at the farmers market. Also for all families near by the perfect place for excursions without getting boring easily.

Hungry!

Certainly you get hungry at some time point. Of course you will find here enough to eat. Surprisingly inexpensive and also very tasty. I had a Bienenstich. So big that even I as a self-confessed foodie couldn`t finish it. Meneer has served himself on the warm buffet and paid per 100g.

Tip: When we had paid the tax, we got a booklet with discounts. At Karls Adventure Village you get a coffee for free.

Tip: Karls adventure village you will not only find in Rövershagen, but also on Rügen or Usedom.

For families with (small) children who spend their holiday on the Baltic Sea should definitely come here.
